Oregon Sunshine 

attracts a lot of butterflies.

Yesterday we saw a monarch, swallowtails and others 

flitting from Sunshine to Yarrow and back again.

From 4 small Sunshine starts 

provided by local Soil and Water Conservation District 

a couple of years ago

Miniature iris.
At first glance, they look like a purple crocus.
No more than 4 inches tall.
First blooms of spring....in February.
